Integrative Protein Microarray Seminar at
Seminar on Integrative Protein Microarray Approaches at Yeditepe University
Yeditepe University Faculty of Medicine was pleased to host an insightful scientific seminar that brought together experts and students interested in cutting-edge biophysical and immunological research. Under the moderation of Prof. Dr. Bilge Güvenç Tuna, Prof. Dr. Guan-Da Syu, a distinguished faculty member at National Cheng Kung University, delivered a seminar titled "Integrative Protein Microarray Approaches for Decoding Immune Responses and Molecular Networks."
In this seminar, Prof. Syu discussed how advanced protein microarray technologies could be used to systematically analyze complex immune responses and map molecular interaction networks. By integrating high-throughput experimental platforms with computational analysis, these approaches provided powerful tools for understanding disease mechanisms, identifying biomarkers, and supporting the development of targeted therapies. The talk was particularly relevant for researchers and students in biophysics, molecular biology, immunology, and related disciplines who wished to deepen their understanding of systems-level approaches to biology.
The event took place at the Department of Biophysics, Faculty of Medicine, Yeditepe University. Participants had the opportunity to learn about recent advances in protein microarray design, data interpretation, and practical applications in biomedical research. The seminar also offered a valuable platform for academic exchange, encouraging questions, discussion, and potential future collaborations between Yeditepe University and National Cheng Kung University. All interested members of the scientific community were warmly invited to attend and engage with this timely and forward-looking presentation.
